What is covered under the warranty?

LIMITED WARRANTY

At SWISSGEAR.com, we proudly stand behind the quality of our products. Under normal use, we offer limited warranties against defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase, as outlined below:

• Watches – 3-Year Limited Warranty
  Covers defects in the hands, dial, and movement only. Excludes battery life, water damage, normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, and unauthorized repairs.

• Backpacks, Duffels, Business Cases & Travel Accessories – 5-Year Limited Warranty
  Covers defects in materials and workmanship. Excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, and damage by carriers. Natural variations in leather are not considered defects.

• Luggage & Travel Bags – 10-Year Limited Warranty
  Covers defects in materials and workmanship. Excludes wear and tear, misuse, and carrier damage.

If a covered defect occurs, we will, at our discretion, offer store credit or a replacement product of equal value upon receipt of the original detailed sales proof. If an identical item is unavailable, a comparable alternative will be provided.

To file a claim, please use our Warranty Portal and include your original receipt. All returns must be shipped prepaid. This warranty provides specific legal rights; other rights may vary by jurisdiction.
