If you purchased your item through one of our retail partners, we offer a 3 year limited warranty on all backpacks, watches, travel accessories, belts, and wallets and a 5 year limited warranty on all luggage and travel bags.
If you purchased your SWISSGEAR item on www.swissgear.com, we offer a 10 year extended warranty on all items.
To begin the warranty claim process, please email us at customersupport@swissgear.com and attach the following:
- Photos of the damage;
- Photos of the full front and full back of the item;
- Photo of the interior seam label and the SWISSGEAR seam label. The interior seam label is usually black in color. The SWISSGEAR label is normally located in organizer pocket of backpacks and in luggage, it is usually found on the interior, zippered mesh pocket. Please provide photos from both sides of the seam labels.
- Copy of your receipt or your order number from all purchases from www.swissgear.com. If you do not have your receipt we can provide you with a 50% off coupon code to help defray replacement costs.
- Your contact information: Full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
Your claim can not move forward if all of the above information is not submitted.
Once we have received the above information from you we will assess the claim and reach out to you with the options available for your damaged item within 3 -5 full business days (excluding holidays and weekends).
The completion of the warranty claim can vary depending on the options available to you.
