However, if your order has already been processed and shipped by our warehouse, don't worry! You can visit our Returns Center to process and receive a return label when the package arrives at your address.
Please Note: UPS can take up to 24-48 hours to update shipping and tracking information.
At this time, SWISSGEAR does not pay for returns. However, you'll receive a return label at our discounted rate which will be subtracted from your refund.
