However, if your order has already been processed by our warehouse don't worry! Simply email us at customersupport@swissgear.com to receive a return shipping label.
Once you receive your item(s), please us an email with the information below;
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Full-size pictures of the item(s) being returned
- Put " Return Request " on the subject line
At this time, SWISSGEAR does not pay for returns. However, you'll receive a return label at our discounted rate, and the return label will be subtracted from your refund.
